Bob was born on January 6, 1946 in Indianapolis to John C. and Dorothy (Donlan) Oliver. Robert Oscar Hahn. ROBERT OLIVER OBITUARY. Bob was a charter member of the Rotary Club of Blacksburg, served as the President in 1982 and had over 30 years of perfect attendance.  He is the recipient of several Paul Harris Fellow Awards and a William Skelton Fellow award.

He is survived by his wife, JoAnne Hylton Oliver, and daughters, Lori Leigh Oliver and husband Kevin Reynolds of Columbus, NC, and Mary Beth Oliver and her husband, John Christman of State College, PA.
